Cavallo Auto is a friendly, trustworthy, and easy place to deal with...until they get paid. I set up a time to bring my car in for repairs weeks ago. Then once Cavallo's was prepaid for my repair, all of a sudden their schedule had filled up and they couldn't do my repairs. The soonest I'd now be able to bring my car in would be 4 to 5 weeks later! I told them I didn't want to wait that long and would rather take care of it now so it wouldn't interfere with me enjoying my summer. I was even willing to wait until next week. However the Cavallo staff advised my car wasn't a priority bc a bunch of new customers brought in wrecked cars. I said f**k them, I was already scheduled, thats not my problem! Yet Cavallo still refused to keep my scheduled repair. Thanks for wasting my f*****g time!
